Youth


Today our youth are over loaded with information both on and off the field but lack the ability to organize, prioritize and use that information as it pertains to moving properly. Our youth lack the proper stimulation, rather they are forced into learning the sport and the fundamentals of playing a position yet lack the ability to move efficiently and in control. The result is a burned out athlete with a higher IQ for the sport but a lower ability to perform to their potential.

Our aim to not replace what you are currently doing or implementing, rather we wish to compliment or augment what you already know was working. In other words we intend to fill in the gaps that conventional training has with regards to skill acquisition, as it pertains to movement. If an athlete does not have the ability to flex and extend a given joint properly and with control they will forever struggle to maximize greater movements in the training world which will carry over to the field of play this limiting their ability to display athletic movements.
